Our client is searching for a Personal Lines Service Broker to join their tight-knit team in Richmond Hill! Our clients brokerage is a well respected, successful brand that has built their reputation by delivering white-glove service to their clients.
Great compensation package on offer!
- Base salary $55k-$65k based on experience
- Comprehensive, fully paid benefits (single or family plan), including health and dental
- 21 days of paid time off
- M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
- RRSP matching up to 3%
- End of year bonus paid out at company's discretion, based on company performance
- Commissions offered on business you bring with you
- Work from home (may be needed in the office for company meetings)

Responsibilities
In this role you will be:
- managing a book of business
- servicing renewals, endorsements, processing updates
- identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell where appropriate
- tailoring coverages to personally fit each client
- opportunity to write new business if desired
Qualifications
We're looking for:
- 3+ years of customer service experience within insurance
- RIBO license MANDATORY
- minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines
- excellent service skills
- ability to build rapport
- experience using TAM (preferred)
- familiar with carrier portals (preferred)
- any new business/sales/commercial experience is a bonus
