- Act as a customer service window person for customers and distributors related to sales of goods
- Provide administration assistance to Sales Management
- Facilitate the sales of goods from receipt of order
- Confirmation of orders
- Order entry into SAP system
- Logistic delivery arrangements and invoicing
- Respond to customer queries and complaint
- Manage your work in a manner that provides satisfactory customer service
- Accurately administer the complete sales order process, from order receipt to invoicing
- Select the appropriate material for sales to customers and efficiently communicate with logistic partners
- Resolve any documentary or delivery issues that may arise throughout the supply chain
- Communication with customers through various channels
- Properly manage and prepare the sales documents
- Achieve high level of customer satisfaction
