Responsibilities
As a Consumer Care IT Lead, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining routine and ad-hoc reporting, and providing training sessions to support product usage. We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities in both English and French, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Engage with consumers across multiple channels to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Complete routine and ad-hoc reporting to drive company decisions
Provide training sessions to facilitate product support
Collaborate with other Technical Support Specialists to optimize processes and find solutions to complex issues
Adhere to standard operating procedures, including product vigilance reporting
Requirements:
Degree in IT/Computer Science or at least 5 years of experience in a tech support role
Experience in connectivity and app support (iOS and Android)
Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Excel for data analytics
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
