Requirements:
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Property or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in business planning, strategy planning or real estate/retail research
- Strong business mindset and excellent communication and analytical skills

- Well organized, attention to details, proactive, multi-tasking and able to prioritize work under tight schedules
- Excellent command of spoken and written English in addition to Putonghua
- High proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to conduct modelling and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or other statistical tools is a plus
- Frequent travel to different cities for market visit is required
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the role of Senior Officer/Assistant Manager – Business Support, Mainland Business Operation
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and accurate cross portfolio analysis in different perspectives to assist Management in business monitoring and reporting
- Collect and manage market intelligence, competition, brands and our performance in a good format for presentation and sharing among business operation teams
- Work closely with business teams in data collection and consolidation to support business decision and benchmarking
- Manage the centralization of information from internal and external parties, consolidate the information and channel to relevant business operation teams
- Prepare routine reports for cross portfolio analysis and produce effective template to support business reporting
- Handle new projects and other ad-hoc or special requests from management as assigned
