Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Demolition Site Manager to oversee the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and demolition, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. As a Demolition Site Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Demolition Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of demolition processes, techniques, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, CSCS) are highly desirable.
- A degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
