Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to join their team based in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Identify and promote new acquisition, management, and development opportunities in line with the Association's strategy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to expand the Association.
- Demonstrate commercial and financial insight in pursuing new ventures.
- Negotiate effectively with potential clients and consult with local stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Head of New Business & Delivery to provide affordable housing.
- Manage the New Business team to ensure efficient project delivery and exceed set targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline.
- At least 4 years experience in the property sector.
