As a leader of Digtial Marketing you will shape and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies for the various brands in the genetic and metabolic disorders businesses. Using your background in digital marketing to effectively collaborate with Brand Marketing Leads to ensure the optimization of disease and branded programs across multiple channels, prioritizing customer perspectives. This is a strategic position demanding expertise in digital marketing, with a focus on practical application within the unique landscape of rare diseases.Key Responsibilities:• Customer-Centric Midset– Cultivate an internal mindset that prioritizes thinking from the customers' standpoint when strategizing and executing external facing engagements.• Holistic Channel Strategy – Drive the development of an omni-channel strategy for brands within our portfolio. Contribute to the planning and execution of tactics in close collaboration with brand marketing teams.• Channel Utilization – Create and manage a framework for channel utilization aligned with strategic objectives. Promote cross-brand coordination to maximize potential synergies.• Content Optimization – Support the optimization of content for omni-channel delivery by working closely with Brand Marketing teams. Offer input and assistance in content development.• Knowledge Sharing – Collaborate across brands to capture and disseminate tactics, learnings, and best practices related to omni-channel marketing.
求められる経験
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant areas
•10 years of marketing experience with emphasis on digital and omni channel strategy
•Subject-matter expertise in digital marketing including data analytics, content creation, digital promotion/campaigns, web/search engine optimization, social media, etc.
•Experience with digital marketing strategy in a highly regulated environment (e.g. biopharma, medical device, medical technologies)
•Experience translating complex information into compelling but digestible information that engages diverse audiences
•Understanding of relevant regulations governing digital marketing in the pharmaceutical and life sciences arena
•Advanced learning agility and comfort with clinical and scientific data
•Strong action orientation and effective problem-solving skills
•Strong engagement, communication, and relational skills
•Ability to network and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
•Passion for making a positive contribution to the rare disease community
A plus to have:
•An advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.)
•Brand marketing experience in biopharma
•People management experience
•Fluency or proficiency in English
