Director, Corporate Finance, China SOE, 80-100k
Our client is a prestigious China state-owned enterprise with business across the globe. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Corporate Finance to lead their M&A with strategic vision.
Job Description:
Reporting to the senior management, you will be responsible for leading the M&A strategies globally from pre to post acquisition activities including but not limited to identifying potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and overseeing post-merger integration. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive growth and maximize value through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a corporate finance/ investment role
- Candidate must have experience working in Chinese firm, ideally state owned enterprise
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial success
- Good commands in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required
