The Field Services Hunter Sales Representatives (HSSR) mainly focus on creating new service leads or opportunities from brand-new customers. HSSR often works with Account Sales Manager to create “CAPEX to OPEX” leads and opportunities. They ofen join the business in early stage with Account Sales and offer services such as service contract, preventive maintenance and digital services. Main customers for “CAPEX to OPEX” business are world famous cloud & service providers.They also work for finding new service leads or opportunities from existing customers by offering cross-selling or up-selling approach especially for digital services, softwares and consulting services which company placed as one of the most important growth drivers.What will you do? Capture and win the “CAPEX to OPEX” opportunities especially from Cloud and Service Providers(C&SP) by collaborating with key account sales managers.Create/develop new service leads/opportunities from existing customers by offering cross-selling/upselling approach.Develop new service business model by cooperating with Field Service Marketing team.Find leads/opportunities of Digital Offerings with Field Service digital service sales leader.
求められる経験
The successful candidate should have a (4) year college degree or equivalent work experience and >5 years in energy management segment incl. digital power, power system and secure power
Ability to overcome objections and negotiating with leads
Ability to identify new business trends and technologies that affect the sale of goods and services
Having a proactive mindset; looking for new opportunities and work independently to find leads without waiting for someone’s instructions or guidance.
Ability to build sustainable long-term relationship with key customers
Ability to leverage technology for communications and managing own performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers
Language skill set (Japanese & English business level )
