As the Enterprise Sales Director for the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence by leading sales efforts for their CRM and retail software solutions. This position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, and experience in selling to retail enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed revenue targets.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and achieve business objectives in the APAC region.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within retail enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive value.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-up, and proactive engagement to drive deal closures.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and customer success to align sales efforts with company objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Performance Tracking: Implement robust sales metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of sales processes.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue growth in the APAC region.
