Responsibilities
Business requirements’ gathering in the context of the new ERP implementation (including formal documentation of processes and fit/gap analysis against the business processes available in the selected technology software).
Translate business needs into requirements that support the development of business system solutions.
Prepare for and conduct functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation.
Business systems support including technical and application troubleshooting.
Build and maintain queries, data models and data warehouses for reporting and analytics.
Ensures effective timely communication and progress reporting to our key stakeholders and internal customers.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
Liaise with ERP vendor or third-party services personnel to troubleshoot and remediate issues.
Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or similar.
5+ years of experience working as a functional or technical Business Analyst.
Previous exposure to digital transformation projects such as an ERP implementation, ideally on SAP Business One
3+ years of experience working with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) including data warehouse design and data modelling.
Affinity or understanding of business environments and processes from the manufacturing or food and beverage industry
Strong communication and engagement skills with an introductory level of understanding of networking.
Experience in any programming language such as: NET, C#, C++ or Java.
