• Organize documentation and timetables to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with various departments to create an outstanding first-day experience.• Manage all administrative responsibilities throughout the entire employee life cycle, including inputting data into multiple HRIS platforms.• Oversee payroll processing as the primary point of contact, coordinating with external payroll providers and vendors. Tasks include updating payroll information, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies.• Offer dedicated HR advisory support to employees, addressing issues such as absences, health concerns, conduct, grievances, and organizational changes.• Aid in the communication, interpretation, and maintenance of employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.• Manage relationships with vendors including insurance companies, banks, and other HR service providers, and handle HR-related invoice payments.• Lead various HR tasks, such as organizing employee training, coordinating performance reviews, and maintaining HR records.• Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and escalation of issues to senior HR staff as needed.• Address employee inquiries regarding HR operations and other related matters.• Assist in audits conducted by internal and external organizations.• Participate in local/global HR projects as required.• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

•5 years of experience in HR Operations or as a HR Generalist
•Business Level English and Fluency in Japanese
•Ability to work and collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders both in Japan as well as overseas
