Here are the primary duties for this position:• Managing the benefit program, such as developing the employee purchase program, administering health checks through an online booking system, serving as the point of contact for retirement benefits (DC), and overseeing the group insurance program.• Overseeing aspects of the onboarding process related to payroll and the complete offboarding process, including setting up procedures and providing guidance to HR Business Partners (HRBP).• Acting as the liaison for tax, labor, and other governmental audits.• Assisting with data management, particularly in handling salary, master, and other pertinent employee data.• Participating in the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project team, specifically focusing on integrating data with the attendance system and the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) module.• Serving as the primary contact for compensation and benefits matters, including auditing the payroll monthly with external suppliers, devising a business continuity plan for payroll and other calculations, and offering guidance to other HRBPs.• Acting as the main point of contact for attendance management, overseeing the attendance system, managing contracts, negotiating, and providing guidance to HRBPs and management.• Additional tasks may be assigned based on the individual's capabilities and willingness.
求められる経験
•5 years of HR Operations Experience
•Basic Knowledge in Compensation & Benefits
•Basic Knowledge in Payroll (working with an outsourced vendor)
•Experience working in a global company would be preferred
•Low Business Level English ability or higher is preferred
