求められる経験
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•At least 8+ years of Experience in human resources or related field.
•Some Experience with People management preferred
•Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders in the organization
•Experience in educating and coaching staff.
•Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
•Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
•Business Level English and experience working and collaborating with overseas stakeholders
•Knowledge of Japanese labor law
