•You will be supporting our employees in all areas of Human Resources such as policy development, performance management, employment law compliance, employee relations, and department development.•Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling inquiries, and interpreting and enforcing policies. •Support the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with the company's strategic goals.•Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures, including the maintenance of employee handbooks; recommend changes as needed•Ensure compliance with Japan employment laws, keeping the HR team informed of any regulatory changes.•Provide guidance and counsel to managers on human resources and employment-related matters. •Conduct investigations into employee, customer, and vendor complaints, addressing issues such as harassment, discrimination, and violations of company policies.•Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures, including maintaining employee handbooks. Provide recommendations to policy or procedure changes accordingly.•Develop effective recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire the right talent and utilize various recruitment channels
求められる経験
•Hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
•Have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP or HR Manager/Director
•Possess a robust understanding of employment laws and practices.
•Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
•Show evidence of maintaining a high level of confidentiality in HR activities.
•Proficiently use HRIS systems and the Microsoft Suite would be a plus
•Management Experience would be a plus
•Fluency in Japanese and Business Level English
