•Build a deep relationships of trust with the top management and employees of the department you’ll be in charge of and actively support the lives, careers, and project experiences of employees.•Provide coaching and guidance to employees based on the business strategies and needs as well as the employee's individual career aspirations. H•Provide advice to the departments in charge based on your own understanding of employees.•Provide coaching in each phase of the project assignment process to ensure that employees are assigned in a way that allows them to maximize their strengths, while balancing the employee's career goals and business priorities. Provide support tailored to each employee.•Collaborate with other members of Human Resources to understand talent priorities and development programs to ensure employees are aware of opportunities.•Work with the Talent Strategist team to improve employee satisfaction, including feedback, coaching, and training.•Work with the Inclusion & Diversity team to plan and implement strategies and actions to achieve goals.•Manage and execute important HR processes, such as managing employee utilization rates and coaching in performance evaluation meetings.
求められる経験
•Over 2-3 years of human resources experience
•Working experience at a consulting company or IT company would be a plus
•English skills (daily conversation, TOEIC 600 or above preferred), Japanese skills (native level)
