You will be part of the XXXX Technology and QA HR team, primarily supporting Ageo. Your responsibilities will include:・Empowering leaders to make their own decisions while building a competitive organization- Advising colleagues and leaders regarding HR related matters- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation- Using data to influence business decisions- Securing flawless employee experience- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues- Providing guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning・Ensure that the organization complies with local labor legislations and applicable UD Trucks policies.・Cooperation with other stakeholders in the HR Service Delivery Model in order to ensure an effective HRsupport for the business・Represent XXXX in various HR networks・Participate in union negotiations/discussion based on need・Contributing to the execution of HR projects and engaging leaders and colleagues from all locations andfunctions
求められる経験
- Education in Human Resources or equivalent
- Solid experience from HR field
- Excellent understanding of the business context and challenges
- A customer orientation with a drive for results and an ability to work effectively
- Solid business orientated leader; anticipates organizational needs and creates solutions accordingly
- Excellent in developing people and focus on creating an amazing employee experience
- High level of people management and people development
- High level of communication skills; ability to convince, collaborate and strong influencing skills
- Labour relations experience
- Compensation and benefits skills
- Business level English and Japanese
