As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for liaising with external business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate their pinpoints into technical solutions to be executed by the development team. These solutions require careful analysis to identify ares of improvement for the overall business process. Should there be any technical issues along the way, you will also be the first point of contact for consultation.
job requirements
- at least 5 years of experience
- requirement gathering, business process modelling, and technical translation
- Agile methodology preferred
- project exposure within ERP, CRM for full-cycle implementation
- regional stakeholder management experience
