Main Job Responsibilities:1) Financial Management・ Deliver budgeted revenue and margin.・Build and Execution JBP with Key Account in order to hit the annual budget.・Launch new product assortments in a timely manner and track sell-through on a weekly basis. ・When sell-through falls behind the plan, proactively formulate measures to cope with the situation2) Account management・Secure high-quality selective distribution in accordance with Stokke Ltd’s distribution strategy. ・ Develop sales with retailers through merchandising, product training, sales training, and excellent account management. ・Create account strategy and tactics based on business analysis.・Plan and facilitate periodic business meetings to align on vision and strategies.・Plan and promote appropriate assortments that would maximize the range of products available.・Plan and promote selling space management to maximize brand exposure through shop-in-shops and corners.・Constantly seek new accounts that are appropriate for the brand.

Experience required:
・Strategic thinking – Requires research, analytical thinking, innovation, problem-solving skills, communication and leadership skills, and decisiveness.
・Account management – Minimum 5 years of sales experience
・brand oriented – Possess acumen and interest in the latest baby trend.
・Financial acumen – Capable of managing accounts from a financial perspective.
・Results oriented – Committed to deliver the results.
Special requirements:
・Native Japanese Ability. English an advantage.
・Good PC user experience (Microsoft office, Sales Force).
・Ready to implement the visions, philosophies, and strategies of the company.
・Hard working and dedicated.
・Ready to accept changing structures in the area based on market performances and company needs.
・Valid driving license.
