• Contribute to final solution design by identifying data, functional, and non-functional needs, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and align with project goals.
• Liaise with testing teams to define and execute system testing, coordinate system testing activities, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.
• Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to develop and implement automated business processes, service level agreements, and application maintenance support requirements, ensuring seamless integration and support for project initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects, demonstrating proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyze and document current and future state business processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of efficient and effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Previous experience working in the public sector is desirable, demonstrating an understanding of public service delivery and compliance requirements.
