Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's team. This role primarily focuses on non-IT recruitment, encompassing various sectors such as administration, finance, marketing, sales, operations, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across diverse roles within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for non-IT positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed to support recruitment efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
