About the company
Our client is well known in functional ingredients with health and technical expertise in the industry. You will be provided with training and support to ensure you have the expertise and skills to undertake the role. This Junior office manager will require a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful person who has a willingness to learn. This will be a varied role where you will learn all aspects of the full spectrum of office support duties.
About the role
- Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer
- Provide administrative support the Regional Sales Director
- Assist in planning, organization and management of business schedules and manage day to day business activities in the office. (incl. incoming visitors, storage room, purchases,..)
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, coordinate with regional teams to manage board travel activities and, take notes or dictation at meetings or provide general assistance during presentations
- Act as a point of contact for any queries and issues, in terms of Facility Management, and resolve these in an efficient and professional manner
- Set-up, negotiate with and review office vendors and service providers
- Negotiate with suppliers on employee insurance contracts
- Follow-up and report on Beneo training plan and Occupational Health and Safety -statistics in order to provide correct and up-to-date information on employee trainings, and OHS parameters (illness, injuries, hours worked, incidents, etc.)
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings – including client meetings and events – in order to ensure efficient use of time and materials
- Administer and coordinate IT related matters, ensure liaison with suppliers and client’s HQ, in order to ensure employees have working tools
Skills and experience

- Relevant training and qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Team player
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
