Oncology Marketing, Commercial Strategy & Operation, Senior SpecialistOur Company is a biopharmaceutical company with a mission of discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines and vaccines which save and improve peoples’ lives. In Japan Oncology business, the Commercial Strategy and Operation Chapter will be offering exceptional problem-solving and project management skills, leading commercial strategy development based on the knowledge and skills in forecasting, alliance and launch operational excellence, and providing the capability to take on complex operations, including negotiations with internal, global, and external partners.•Managing the entire Oncology commercial forecasting process, including strategy development, profit planning and senior leader’s alignment in both local and global stakeholders.•Enhancing the alliance partnership to maximize the entire Oncology portfolio growth, covering both operational excellence and alliance marketing•Orchestrating the launch preparation for a number of future oncology new launches with more effective and efficient operation management.•Crafting the short to long-term Oncology commercial excellence model to be a leading Oncology company, which includes environment assessment, structure design with profitability analysis by collaborating cross functional colleagues•Driving the various type of sales excellence related projects to maximize the oncology sales activities•Strategic Thinking visualizes the way forward, identifying opportunities that add value to the work, to the business and to our customers.•Project Management Develops project plan based on scope defined with key internal stakeholders, drives project collaborating with members across the business, escalates issues to relevant leaders and sponsors.•Problem Solving Gathers and analyzes data and effectively responds to new, complex or problematic situations; creates solutions that drive value for our company and our customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant.

•Business & Financial Acumen Understands and intelligently applies economic, financial and industry data to make business decisions
•Effective Communication Plans and delivers ideas and information to others in a clear and impactful manner at high level of engagement.
•English Business-level proficiency required to drive discussions within a Japan-market context
•Pharmaceutical and healthcare industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
•Project management experiences in wide-scaled and/or complex project
•3~5+ years of experiences in consultancy firm
