1. Develop and execute the IT strategy for overseas companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Manage and lead the overseas IT team, responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and solutions, including hardware device management, software application support, system operation and maintenance,network security, etc.

3. Develop and implement IT policies and processes that comply with compliance and security requirements, ensuring that IT operations in various overseas branches meet company security standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Establish and maintain unified standards and architecture for IT systems among overseas branches, ensuring smooth cross-border collaboration and effective information transmission.
5. Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors to obtain high quality IT products and services within budget.
6. Lead overseas IT projects, including the implementation of new systems, upgrading and improving existing systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and successfully completed.
7. Supervise and maintain the stability and reliability of overseas IT
systems, promptly resolving IT failures and issues to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
8. Manage and allocate IT resources, closely collaborate with different departments to meet the IT needs and priorities of overseas branches.
9. Continuously monitor and research the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, provide relevant recommendations and suggestions to enhance the company's competitive advantage in the IT
skills and experience required.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, information technology or related.
2. At least 10 years of IT management experience in multinational enterprises or international organizations, with overseas IT management experience is preferred.
3. Have solid knowledge and skills in computer network, system architecture, hardware and software equipment management, etc.
4. Familiar with IT security and compliance requirements, understand relevant laws and regulations and industry best practices.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to solve complex IT problems and coordinate multi-stakeholder.
6. Good communication and expression skills, able to communicate and cooperate with people from different backgrounds and levels.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, with the ability of self-management and time management.
8. Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a cross-cultural environment. Mastery of other languages will be considered a plus.
