Responsibilities
· Participate in the maintenance, cleanliness, & operational success of our spaces.
· Responding to and troubleshooting Facilities related requests.
· Daily resetting of operational presentation, furniture and ancillary furnishings.
· Maintain maintenance & repairs database, keeping and tracking status of new and outstanding items.
· Provide assistance with on-site vendor activity.
· Assist other Workplace Services functions as required.
· Consistently deliver an elevated and differentiated workplace service experience to our clients and practitioners. Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Position is on-site full time. The core working hours are from 8am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday, with flexibility as required to shift hours based on operational needs.
Qualifications
· 1-3 years’ work experience in Workplace, Hospitality Services, or Retail.
· Intermediate level knowledge of MS programs; Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with interacting with all levels of the company.
· Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple priorities.
· Work well independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· High attention to detail with an ability to problem solve.
· Flexibility with work hours to support the needs of the business.
· Ability to lift to 40 pounds.
· This position may require overtime.
