about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:-
- Work with external vendor and finance to support payroll and tax processing
- Review the company's compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support the annual compensation & benefits initiatives including annual salary review, workforce and budget planning, global mobility, salary and job level benchmarking, bonus and performance appraisal
- Responsible for benefits administration
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in HR, focusing on payroll
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, driven and able to work independently, with strong work ethics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
