As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in the Organisational Development team, you will be actively involved in the effective design, development and on-time delivery/implementation of HR initiatives/solutions to the wider business. You will:
- Partner closely with the respective business units on their re-organisation and provide optimal advice on manpower requests
- Explore re-organisation opportunities with a huge focus on areas with potential synergies or high degree of transactional work which may be streamlined or automated
- Review present group practices, develop and design organizational development tools and interventions to successfully implement HR transformations & projects
- Oversee overall maintenance of organization structure and positions in Success Factors
- Manage the annual Manpower Budgeting Exercise for Head Office which encompasses reaching out to divisions, reviewing their plans and prepare deck for clearance to Management
- Work closely with the payroll department to run manpower forecast and cost planning
- Ensure monthly workforce metrics accurately
- Other HR projects as assigned
skills and experience required

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ in manpower planning and organisational development, consultancy background is a plus
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Independent and self-motivated, able to work well in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative and a team player
