about the job
Reporting to the HR Director, this role will:
- Supervise and oversee the provision of HR services, encompassing outsourced payroll, mobility administration, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and helpdesk support.
- Assume a leadership role, guiding, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team to consistently deliver HR services that align with end-user needs and expectations.
- Drive the pursuit of service optimization by exploring self-service opportunities, outsourcing options, workflow enhancements, and automation, all while maintaining a delicate balance between optimization and user satisfaction.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with business units to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with both internal and external regulatory and control requirements.
- Represent HR Shared Services during audit activities to uphold accountability and transparency.
skills and experience required

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ in HR with strong experience in operations / shared services and leading a team.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and related regulations.
Strong analytical skills to dissect cross-services operational issues and develop resolutions. - Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Independent and self-motivated, able to work well in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative and a team player
