The role of the HR Advisor is to ensure seamless, integrated, efficient high-volume HR activities including payroll and advisory services are provided to all employees and managers in Japan, enabling regional/global consistency and economies of scale. To measure, achieve and maintain high levels of productivity, effectiveness, customer service, operational performance and employee satisfaction. To consult with Business Partners and HR Operations Manager as appropriate to manage challenging and complex HR matters that need to be escalated. To support, revise and advocate the consistent application of policies and procedures across the business and build strong relationships within HR, Head Office and Retail employees.
