•Define product segment strategies to grow the portfolios of the respective brands and identify products to offer, their positioning, pricing, packaging design and SKUs to launch
•Create brand communication, media plans for increase in outreach of the Anmol brands and ensure successful execution
•Devise plans for conduction of extensive market surveys, consumer insight studies to understand current consumer perception on Anmol brands
•Analyze consumer insights received, market share distribution, market perception to products and iterate marketing strategies basis on them
•Analyze competitor & category dynamics to inform business decisions and provide recommendations to the Marketing head
•Work with cross functional partners to set product pricing, analyze and set margin targets, and understand and communicate variances on profit
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, sales to create implementation plan based on consumer insight
•Manage the New product development funnel from concept development to its market launch
•Liaise with the Sales Team for driving business & providing regional / product segment level marketing support plans
•Create budgeting plans in collaboration with finance
