Qualifications
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects within the information technology sector, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management roles.
• Proficiency in IS infrastructure, networking/telephony technology, and field network infrastructure, including technologies such as VSAT, Radio, and Mobile communications, acquired through hands-on experience and continuous learning.
• Proven ability to negotiate changes in project scope, budget, or timeline with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience leading and directing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables on time and within budget.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations, leveraging extensive experience and judgment to overcome challenges effectively.
