-Long-term position (start as haken), possibility to become a permanent employee in the future-Flexible working arrangement: 1x to the office per week-Salary negotiable-Non-native Japanese applicants welcome, but need a minimum of JLPT N2 plus recruitment experience in JapanJob content:Recruitment Activities (80%) (Mid-career Recruitment)Project Leadership and Team Support (20%)•Understand business needs and strategy, consult with Hiring Managers on appropriate candidate profiles.•Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in creating and implementing recruitment strategies and agreed action plans. Stay updated on the latest information in candidate markets, laws, and recruitment trends, and incorporate them into recruitment strategies.•Contribute to the development and implementation of an agreed sourcing strategy to significantly reduce agency sourcing.•Provide coaching to hiring managers or other interviewers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.•Evaluate candidates in interviews based on factors like work experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, abilities, cultural fit, and other critical criteria.•Provide advice to hiring managers on creating candidate offer packages, including but not limited to salary, sign-on bonuses, relocation expenses, stock options, bonuses, and more.•Conduct reference checks and other due diligence based on the recruitment process.•Present offer packages and explain the contents to candidates, effectively conveying the company's value to candidates.•Strive to meet service levels and business performance goals.•Encourage users/customers to make effective use of self-service options, systems, products, services, etc., to drive rapid resolution and empower customers.•Take ownership of all assigned recruitment tasks, initiatives, and inquiries and ensure they are efficiently resolved or completed with a high level of quality.•Lead or participate in internal projects related to talent acquisition in Japan or the APAC region.•Identify areas for improvement in daily operational processes related to recruitment and provide support to implement these initiatives.•Support other team members and contribute to the enhancement of the entire team's capabilities.Requirements:•More than 5 years of recruitment experience, the ability to use various sourcing methods, business acumen, practical experience in in-house or recruitment agencies.•Experience in HR analytics to drive performance management, trend analysis, and data-based decision-making for HR and organizational matters.•Experience in collaborating internally and externally to address HR-related issues.•Fundamental understanding of business, finance, and organizational factors related to HR activities.•Effective partnership and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders at the regional and global levels.•The ability to excel in large-scale recruitment for a variety of positions.•The ability to propose improvements necessary to hire top talent.•A high commitment to customer satisfaction.•The ability to catch up with digital recruiting and various digital tools.•The ability to identify opportunities, risks, problems, assess their impact, and formulate recommendations.•Coaching skills, collaboration skills.•The ability to provide clear and rapid instructions on demand.•Agility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and planned and unplanned daily activities.•Ability to handle confidential information.•Understanding of the short-term and long-term implications of decisions and actions.•The ability to provide excellent service through appropriate tools and processes. Desired Profile:•Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders while driving initiatives with involvement.•Results-oriented with the ability to motivate other team members and deliver high performance.•Positive and cooperative interpersonal skills, as well as the leadership needed to build a focused and cohesive team.•Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, both written and verbal.
