The company:

A growing team in central Kent that offer cost consultanty and project management services across the construction sector. A significant pipeline of work has driven the need to grow the team and support the business goals for 2024 & 2025.

The role:

The role involves delivering all aspects of quantity surveying and project management consulantancy services from inception to completion on variety of schemes which range from civil engineering, commercial new build through to bespoke high-end residential schemes. Your new role within this company could involve:

• Contract and commercial management
• Validating and agreeing interim and final accounts.
• Preparation of monthly reports.
• Attending or leading commercial and contract meetings.
• Procurement of Consultants, Engineers and Contractors

About you:

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• MRICS or APC qualified
• Strong financial management and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
