about the job.As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Hong Kong, you learn by getting to know your candidates, sell the best match and manage your talent pool by staying in regular contact with candidates.
● Responsible for all recruitment placements within your respective division managing junior level to middle management roles
● Develop and build a solid up-to-date candidate database
● Deliver high quality recruitment consultancy and services to existing clients alongside with the manager
● Team support to ensure team efficiency
● Market mapping, understanding and expertise within line of service
skills & experiences required.
● University degree or higher education discipline
● 1 year of client servicing/customer service work experience is an advantage
● Must be fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
● Must consistently meet both individual and team targets
● Strong communication skills with solid business development acumen is essential
● Must be able to work in a fast growing pace environment
● Flexible and positive work attitude is a must
