about the role
They are currently looking for a Recruitment Lead to join their growing team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-
- Proactively source and identify top talent through various channel
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, cultivating relationships with passive talent
- Gathering and analyzing data and trends related to the job market, industry, and competitors
- Deliver the highest quality candidate experience
- Ensure the integrity and quality of candidate data within the ATS and Sourcing-related reports
- Participate in TA projects/ initiatives focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive operational excellence
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the HR Lead, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.
