Randstad is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our mission in supporting children's services, including secure facilities. You'll play a vital role in nurturing and empowering children facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges or disabilities, within both open and secure settings.

Your Role:
As a Child Residential Support Worker, you'll:
- Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals.
- Provide round-the-clock care to vulnerable young individuals, including those within secure facilities.
- Support service users dealing with early trauma and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Engage service users in community activities and school routines.
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold National Care Standards.
- Embrace a flexible schedule, including day shift, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have previous experience in a residential setting with young people, including within secure services.
- Demonstrate flexibility and strong communication skills.
- Be registered under the PVG scheme and hold a full driving license.
- Possess or be working towards an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
