    Our Albury based recycling client is currently seeking a Yard Operator to join their team growing. This role offers 5 days/38 hours per week on a consistent day shift - with merit based opportunities for permanent employment. ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Yard Operator, this role will see you:Safely operate equipment, including forklift and/or excavator;Ensure customers receive a high level of service;Grading and sorting materials;Loading & unloading trucks, skip bins and trailers; andDemonstrating personal responsibility for and commitment to OH&S policies and procedures SKILLS & EXPERIENCETo succeed as a Yard Operator you will need:A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;A Forklift (LF) licence;Skid Steer and/or Excavator licence is an advantage (or a willingness to attain);Knowledge and understanding of scrap metal processing - advantageous but not essential;Ability to work independently; andExcellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail.
