This role manages sales and marketing for the Infection Prevention Technology (IPT) business unit in Japan, covering both capital and consumable portfolios. Duties:• Accountable for achieving or exceeding revenue, profitability, and strategic objectives in Japan.• Develops and executes a three to five-year strategic plan for Japan, emphasizing sales/marketing organization development with the APAC Business Management Team.• Manages commercial operations in Japan, ensuring the distribution network meets revenue objectives and aligns with APAC IPT business strategy.• Provides leadership, training, and support to the Japan distribution network.• Analyzes financial results to gauge performance/trends and responds accordingly.• Manages the annual fiscal/quarterly planning process, including revenue and operating budgets control.• Builds relationships with key stakeholders in Japan to support the business portfolio and branding.• Identifies and supports business and new product market development opportunities in Japan.• Supports clinical events, leverages key relationships, positions products for inclusion in webinars, and solicits feedback on ideas.• Performs other assigned duties, ensuring compliance with company values and maintaining high standards of performance and conduct.
求められる経験
Requirement
• 10+ years leading in Healthcare, Infection Prevention preferred.
• 5+ years successfully managing sales revenue, margins, and portfolios. Good experience in channel development and management.
• English language proficiency is necessary.
