- Providing resolution of routine support issues and escalating recurring questions and support issues to the Sales Platform Leader for future action.
- Liaise with other senior managers for more advanced user support and/or troubleshooting.
- Provide regular updates to the UX team on user feedback to specific sales platform features or functions, issues, and/or needs for additional training and shares ideas for continually improving business and support processes.
- Implement minor enhancements on sales platforms monthly based on user feedback.
- Utilize and improve upon functional excellence practices and Global Sales Enablement tools.
- Collaborate with Global Sales Enablement teams to increase tool adoption and to promote enhancements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Salesforce or equivalent Sales tools
- Familiarity with MS Office, Power BI
- Experience working in a sales organization (sales representative, sales support) preferred.
- Experience working in customer service or support preferred.
