The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring the successful implementation of the company’s products and services. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing technical support. This is also a strategic role in which you will need to anticipate your customers future needs and plan accordingly. Responsibilities:• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support.• Develop and implement customer success plans.• Work with customers to ensure successful implementation of products and services.• Monitor customer usage of products and services.• Provide data-driven insights on customer usage and needs.• Escalate customer issues to internal technical teams as needed.•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
求められる経験
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer success or technical support role.
• Strong understanding of networking and internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP and TCPIP.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Knowledge of current technologies and products.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Business level English and native level fluency in Japanese.
