Our client seeking a Senior Manager for their Global Sales Development team, responsible for overseeing a group of Sales Development Representatives who drive opportunity identification and creation for the field sales organization. The Senior Manager plays a vital role in ensuring team success by providing support and guidance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.Your responsibilities in this position include:- Demonstrating leadership by managing the onboarding process for new hires and providing ongoing coaching on various aspects such as effectiveness, productivity, call quality, and system utilization.- Monitoring and ensuring the team's achievement of quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.- Aligning team activities with the priorities of the Marketing and Sales departments, actively participating in the development of campaigns to drive pipeline growth and achieve goals.- Generating reports for the Director of Global Sales Development.- Ensuring accurate territory assignments in the CRM system and reporting metrics related to these territories.- Conducting monthly performance appraisals for all team members and implementing performance improvement plans for any instances of underperformance.- Providing input to senior leadership in the design and implementation of incentive compensation programs.- Staying up-to-date with our client's offerings and maintaining knowledge of competitive services, promotional materials, sales techniques, pricing, and marketing policies. - Utilizing available resources and conducting research to identify sales patterns and strategies.- Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.RequirementsTo excel in this position, you should have:Over 5 years of proven success as an individual contributor in sales, marketing, or as a business owner.More than 2 years of experience in leading a team specifically in enterprise software sales or a similar field.A strong grasp of Cloud computing, SaaS offerings, and software subscription business models.
