This role will allow you to gain a wide range of experience working on new products for business expansion, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders based on your strong Sale Planning/Sles Data Analysis/Forecasting/Business strategy background with Commercial Market expertise. You will work in the Commercialisation Department.The nature and scope of main accountabilities includes but are not limited to:Drive sales and marketing strategies and tactics implementation in close cooperation with other sales planning members, sales team, marketing team, and related departments outside Obesity business unit if necessary.Report competitor information and business issues gathered by sales team and extracted from various KPI analyses to management team and brand team, and support prompt business decision-making.Support cross-functional collaboration, coordinate with related departments, and lead related projects, especially for Sales team with advance skill development of them.Streamline and improve efficiency of operations in the sales team, make some proposals for the Kaizen projects to management and related departments, and operate those new projects as necessary.Make proposals regarding sales incentives and award design to Sales Force Effectiveness personnel in charge and business unit management based on external/internal environment and various KPI analyses.

Qualifications
Compleated bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or other relevant fields. Master’s degree in business with training in different disciplines related to sales & marketing is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industries with successful track record of Market insights generation (e.g., through market research) and business analysis is required.
(For Senior Sales Planning Manager) Minimum 3 years of people management experience in pharmaceutical sales with a proven excellent track record (e.g., sales award-winning).
Assertive with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to tailor content, delivery, and design for specific audiences in fluent Japanese (native level) and Business level English.
IT tool utilisation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QlikSense, and other analytic tools) and strong strategic thinking ability, analytical ability, and planning ability.
