• Oversee Compensation and Benefits (C&B) programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines. • Ensure adherence to compensation and benefits standards, aligning with company policies and relevant regulations. • Coordinate annual compensation projects, including bonus calculations, salary reviews, annual performance appraisals, and budgeting. • Collaborate with business leaders and partners to design, develop, and review compensation plans and C&B initiatives aligned with business objectives. • Conduct training sessions for line managers on the nuanced application of HR and Compensation policies. • Prepare and monitor the compensation and benefits budget, ensuring regular reporting and necessary adjustments. • Provide project management support for intricate benefit projects, translating business needs into project plans, conducting impact assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. • Analyze C&B market surveys, benchmark best practices, optimize HR-related systems, and propose initiatives to strengthen the company's market position in talent attraction, reward, and retention. • Complete mandatory reporting as required by rules and regulations. • Lead the Health and Safety Committee initiatives.

•A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in human resources.
•At least 3 years of expertise in Compensation and Benefits (C&B) or a closely related functional specialty.
•Strong operational background, inclusive of overseeing Total Rewards programs.
•Knowledge of local labor laws.
•Proficiency in influencing various stakeholders across business units and functions to achieve alignment on solutions.
•Proven excellence in customer relations, adept at building influential relationships at all organizational levels, with a proactive service-oriented and problem-solving approach.
•Effective oral and written communication skills in Japanese (Native Level) and English (Business Level).
•Experience in people management, including leading and supervising teams, overseeing employee development, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
