This position is responsible for establishing a Learning Culture within the team and develop talents in the teammembers.Her/His duty is not only offering trainings prepared by HQ, but also assessing the necessity of the team and offer local and tailor-made trainings as well as implementing local training strategies, in order toimprove the team’s professional capacity, customer satisfaction level, and achieving sales target, with the aim of growing the business.Furthermore, this position has direct responsibility for the development of the store members and their results, together with Retail Managers.

◼ Well balanced, can handle conflict and ambiguity, such as having Agility and Perseverance at the same time, depending on the situation and environment.
