To identify, organise and support the delivery of training and capacity building activities as appropriate to participants, within a defined budget and as set out in the programme guidance.9. Assist participants to access formal and informal training opportunities, other than those funded directly by the programme.10. Have a full awareness of other employability programmes such as Communities for Work, Regional ESF Operations, PACE and Active Inclusion.11. To be involved in the Triage process, taking and making referrals and completing initial assessments.12. To regularly monitor, collate and update performance management information, and other monitoring requirements to ensure all monitoring is accurate and outcomes are appropriately evidenced.13. To ensure that all quality assurance mechanisms, safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all time.14. To undertake risk assessments in respect of delivering activities to ensure personal health and physical safety.15.
