The CRM Coordinator’s responsibility is to work under the supervision of the Client Development Assistant Manager to develop and execute strategy to recruit, retain and upgrade customers.・Generate target client list for CRM & Clienteling campaigns including DM, email, events, e-newsletter, fairs, and analyze the results to improve ROI and propose corrective actions.・Support the launching of new features of Clienteling App and act as a liaison between BTQs, IT and HQ. ・Coordinate gifting campaigns and analyze ROIs on such campaigns.・Leverage all sources of client data acquisition and maintain a clean & consistent DB.・Create, extract, analyze and diffuse client-centric reports, highlighting short-term and mid-term trends, and providing suggestions for action plans.
求められる経験
・General understanding of CRM or Clienteling, preferably in the luxury industry.
・Structured and analytical mind, with analysis and planning abilities.
・Handle advanced excel related tasks.
・Individual with good communication skills with a mindset towards customer relationships.
・Multi-task & manage your time, whilst paying excellent attention to details.
・Native level Japanese & business English fluency.
