I once read somewhere that it takes us two to four weeks to develop new habits and to break old ones. Even the most routine-driven among us have, by now, likely adjusted to what many are calling the 'new normal'. It’s a fascinating transformation and a tribute to the impact technology is having on our lives. For years pop economics best sellers have preached the virtues of digital tools that would give us the chance to work productively from almost anywhere in the world. As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, the case studies in these books are no longer theory. We’ve been compelled to bring them to life.
I could’ve never imagined back when we were creating the Tech&Touch strategy that the future we were reimagining would happen so soon, and with such intensity. It’s good to see all of the effort is paying off. Guided by our Human Forward promises we continue to find creative ways to stay closely connected and get on with business. Thanks to technology we’re able to leverage and share our workforce solutions to support our clients and candidates. We’re in this together and together we’ll come out stronger. It’s become clear that this is a marathon, not a sprint, so let’s embrace the learnings, remain agile, and stay connected.
