One of the best parts of my job at Randstad is having the opportunity to learn from others in our organization. I work with many talented people and they have a lot to share. I’m a firm believer in sharing the platform I have as CEO to raise awareness and start meaningful conversations. By having these conversations, we will move quickly from talking to action. 

This week my colleague Graig Paglieri published an article together with Forbes on digital transformation. It’s a highly relevant conversation right now - and not only for Randstad -as the shift to the digital economy continues to pick up pace. I’ve seen several companies report that digital transformation projects that would have normally taken up to a year to be approved, are being signed off in a matter of weeks. Covid-19 has proven that there’s value in moving swiftly towards lasting solutions, and the proof point is that our current success is a direct result of how far along we are in our own transition.
