Renate Deken, works at Randstad global head office in the Netherlands. She  is concept manager for Inhouse Services and supports Randstad operating companies with the optimization of their internal account teams. She works on the global roll-out of WePlan. A workforce scheduling solution, which is also supported by mobile devices. This tool gives the client a 24/7 insight in the total workforce planning.

Richard Narine, from Randstad Global Client Solutions, leads the Solutions Center where they handle over 100 clients. His challenge is how to bring our intelligence forward into the labor market, share it with our clients in order to help them decide on their  future work strategy.

Marleen is recruiter for the City of Amsterdam and works at the branch at the Vijzelstraat. Randstad has introduced a new system: the Talent Management System, which reduces her admin time. She is happy that she now has more time to talk to candidates.
