The Supervisory Board oversees and advises the Executive Board and Executive Leadership Team in performing their management tasks. The Supervisory Board has the employer role for the members of the Executive Board.

The Executive Leadership Team is responsible for developing, driving, executing, and achieving the approved Group strategy and strategic targets, as well as the day-to-day operational management of the business. Executive Board members, who are part of the Executive Leadership Team, also retain responsibility for the associated risk profile, sound business and financial controls, development of results, and dealing with corporate responsibility issues, while simultaneously respecting policies that have been set.
